SaleHoo has really changed the game for my online selling adventure. They’ve made it way easier to understand the ins and outs of dropshipping and wholesale in the ecommerce world. Whenever I have questions or issues, the customer support team is quick to help out. Even if they can’t reply right away, I trust they’ll reach out to me as soon as possible. All in all, my time with SaleHoo has been top-notch.

The customer service and support team promptly addresses any concerns or queries I may have. Even if they are unable to respond immediately, I am confident that they will get back to me as soon as they can. Overall, my experience with SaleHoo has been exceptional.

The item itself is decent, but the way payments are handled could use some work. I found the customer service chat to be super quick and nice. Still, I was let down to learn that Salehoo only takes credit cards and PayPal. It'd be awesome if they could add debit card payments to the mix. This restriction makes it tough for me to grab extra stuff like the wholesale directory and learning materials since I only have debit cards. Fingers crossed Salehoo thinks about adding debit card options down the line.

The customer service chat was very responsive and friendly. However, I was disappointed to find out that Salehoo only accepts credit card and PayPal payments. It would be great if they also offered the option to pay with debit cards. This limitation makes it difficult for me to purchase additional items such as the wholesale directory and educational resources, as all my cards are debit cards. I hope Salehoo considers accepting debit card payments in the future.

Even though there was a bit of mix-up at first about an offer and which product it applied to, their amazing customer service really swayed me to go ahead with my order. The variety of trusted wholesalers on the site looks pretty good too.

I contacted the company through email looking for some general guidance. To my delight, I got a super quick response, and every one of my questions was addressed in detail. Nowadays, it’s rare to get a reply in just a few hours instead of waiting days, so this was a breath of fresh air. Such a speedy and thorough reply really boosts your confidence as a customer, showing that your concerns are taken seriously and not just another email in the queue. I had a really bad time with this. First off, their pricing seems set up to trick you into getting both subscriptions. I started with Salehoo dropship, but then I found out I also needed to get Salehoo Directory, which costs 67 bucks for a year. To make matters worse, the transaction didn’t go through. I reached out to their support, and they told me to pay through PayPal. When I tried to call their support number at +1 647 846 8912, it was out of service.

I reached out to get some details on the subscription, and Karen was super helpful. She really went above and beyond. She sent me a link that explains how Salehoo invests in finding new suppliers for us and also how they put money back into their own website. I was quite impressed with how she managed everything, even though I found out there’s no option for an installment plan. She clarified that Salehoo doesn’t provide those plans, and there wasn’t much she could do. I’m not bothered by it, though. I’ve decided to save up and buy the subscription later. I signed up for the Dropshipp plan, but just a couple of minutes later, I found out that SaleHoo is only compatible with Shopify. So, I quickly asked for a refund within five minutes of making the purchase. Unfortunately, I couldn't get anyone on the phone or get a reply to my email.

Update: The issue has been sorted out, thanks! I've changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

I gotta say, I’m really blown away by the quality and service from this company. Right from when I made my first order, it was clear I was working with a trustworthy and professional supplier. The items I got were top-notch and just as they said they would be. Shipping was quick and smooth, and everything was packed up securely. Plus, the customer service team was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. All in all, I can’t recommend them enough!

As one of Salehoo's Top 20 suppliers, I have to mention that the support from Salehoo is outstanding. They really go the extra mile to help with any problems or questions. I’ve also seen them give great tips to suppliers on how to improve their listings on Salehoo. That’s really something to appreciate!
